| CNSG is non profit organisation with participation of 660 corporate entities as members. There are 5 CommerceNet entities in Asia under CommerceNet Asia: CommerceNet Korea, CommerceNet Japan; CommerceNet China/Hong Kong; CommerceNet Taiwan and CommerceNet Singapore (CNSG). CNSG houses the secretariat for CommerceNet Asia. PayCircle and CNSG signed a liaison agreement 7th April 2003.

| The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) is an independent, non-profit organization with more than 650 members.
ETSI approved the PayCircle/ETSI/Parlay addendum to the existing Parlay/ETSI agreement on 31st March 2004.

 | Infrared Data Association® (IrDA®)
| IrDA is an open international non-profit organisation. IrDA is responsible for the Infrared Financial Messaging (IrFM) "Point and Pay Profile". IrFM enables infrared enabled portable devices to pay for services and merchandise at the point of sale device. IrFM "Point and Pay Profile" is complementary to PayCircle specification. The liaison agreement between PayCircle and IrDA was signed 6th August 2002. |

 | Liberty Alliance Project
| A consortium of more than 160 technology and consumer-facing organizations, the Liberty Alliance Project was formed in September 2001 to establish an open standard for federated network identity. PayCircle and Liberty signed a liaison agreement January 2004. |

 | Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF)
| Founded in February 2001 by the leading forces in the fields of entertainment and mobile value-added services, the Mobile Entertainment Forum is an open, non-exclusive organization created with the aim to further the growth and prosperity of the mobile entertainment industry. MEF facilitates this through the development of technological, legal and commercial guidelines, and by serving as a focal point and promotional vehicle for members of the Forum. The liaison agreement between PayCircle and Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF) was signed 22nd September 2002. PayCircle and MEF have identified a high potential for synergies and learning to be achieved between the organizations’ work efforts. Both have identified the need for closer communication and co-operation during development of guidelines and specifications. As such, PayCircle and MEF will benefit from adopting a complementary approach to the standardization process in the telecommunications field.

 | Parlay
| The Parlay Group was formed to encourage the development of open application programming interfaces (APIs) that enable the use of applications that operate across multiple networking platforms. Through this collaboration with the Parlay Group, parts of the PayCircle mobile payment APIs have been integrated into the Parlay X Web Service Specification. PayCircle and Parlay signed a liaison agreement 10th April 2003 |

 | Radicchio
| Radicchio was founded 1999 as an open cross industry non-profit organisation to promote PKI and secure solutions on m-Commerce applications. Radicchio identified the need to establish an m-Commerce open network "trusted transaction roaming, ttr" with implemented strong identification and security. Radicchio promote the implementation of this network together with other organizations with similar focus. PayCircle and Radicchio signed a liaison agreement 27th October 2002. Both organizations will benefit from adopting a complementary approach to the standardization process in the area of mobile payments. |

 | Secure Mobile Payment Service (SEMOPS)
| The SEMOPS project is one of the
largest European Union IST projects related to mobile applications. Its goal is to
create a universal electronic payment model, to be introduced in most
European countries.
The new service would allow payment anywhere, for practically any kind
of transactions. This application enables the purchase of digital
content and shopping from electronic portals. It also supports
person-to-person and traditional point-of-sale payments, in addition to
serving corporate procurement and auctioning.
PayCircle and SEMOPS signed a liaison agreement 24th April 2003. PayCircle is looking forward to support the SEMOPS project realising the first PayCircle interface implementation. |
