If you have been to Utah, or even Arizona, you may want to consider Nevada next. It’s just a state over, and the terrain that you will experience is very different from most of the other states. Although Arizona does have a substantial amount of desert, it also has high plateaus like where Flagstaff is located. Nevada is primarily flat, but there are many beautiful cities that you can visit which you are probably heard of. Let’s look at some of these places that you should visit if you get to go to Nevada this year.
Of all of the cities in the world, there are few that are as well recognized as the state of Nevada. It is one of those places that you will absolutely love to visit, whether this is your first time, or if it is going to be one of many. There are towering casinos that defy logic, buildings shaped like pyramids, and incredible magic shows that you won’t forget. It is a very beautiful city, especially at night, so it is highly recommended that you decide to visit at some point in time.
Reno Rachel and Red Rock Canyon
This is a city that is similar to Vegas, but on a much smaller scale. It does not have the beauty and grandeur that you will experience in Vegas, but it’s definitely a place where you can do gambling. It’s also in northern Nevada which means you will have access to other things other than simply gambling. You can go out into the fields north of Reno to do some gold prospecting. If you are traveling while the Burning Man Festival is going on, you can see that. There are just so many things that you can do in the northern part of Nevada. Finally, you can simply go out into Red Rock Canyon to do a little hiking.
Other places that you can visit will include one of the most famous paranormal locations in the world which is the gateway to Area 51. It is said that this area was created by the federal government, which later was made into a nonfederal agency, and is one of the most mysterious places in the world. Although you can’t go inside, you can at least go to Rachel Nevada. You will have fun stories to tell people once you have seen all of these different attractions.
