PayCircleŽ is a vendor-independent non-profit organization. Its main focus is to accelerate the use of payment technology and to develop or adopt open payment APIs (uniform Application Programming Interfaces) based on XML, SOAP, Java and other Internet languages.
A vast array of attractive services is going to make everyday life more enjoyable for users, offering yet more sources of both information and entertainment. In order to deliver these services and to create successful business models that generate revenue, secure and reliable "payment" is crucial. We believe that open and interoperable "payment API's" are the key to market growth. And, we believe that mobile application developers will be the first to see this value and implement it in the Internet community.
